You don't need to ask Google for permission to feel something

I was feeling tired and frustrated with the detailed and tedious work I am doing for a presentation.

A thought came up that, "all jobs require getting into the details". The impulse to google, "is it normal to feel frustrated with tedious work" arose.

Essentially, what the thought and impulse imply is that it's "bad" to feel frustrated with tedium. They imply that by feeling this way, I am a "bad" worker. Therefore, I "should" not feel this way!

Yesterday I did a lot of reading and work into becoming both more self-aware and self-accepting. This led me to realize that I don't need permission from Google to feel what I feel. I can feel what I feel, and accept that I feel these feelings. I can then decide what I do with that information.
